Postage and packing costs
Within Germany we charge EURO 3.95 per order for shipping (including postage and packing). At an order value of EURO 20.00 we will deliver free of charge (Germany only). Outside Germany we charge EURO 7.00 per order for shipping. At an order value of EURO 100.00 we will deliver free of charge. Shipping costs do not include additional custom fees and/or import taxes that may arise. These shall be paid by the customer.
Terms of Delivery
Delivery willusually be made bythe German postal authorities (Deutsche Post) – alternatively, by a parcel service.
Delivery times: usually 2 to 5 days (Germany only); Europe: 6 to 8 days; all other countries: 8 to 11 days.
